Cat on Pastelmat continued

Todays bird is a Pied Wagtail which was having a drink in the river, for once the sun was quite bright on the water so I lost some detail.

More on the Tabby on white pastelmat, I still like the appearance of the fur on this surface,

Great photo! I love wildlife - especially cats (I guess cats qualify more for "domesticated life") and birds. Thank you for sharing this.

Love the wagtail - and the cats are phenomenal. I really enjoy watching them emerge.

I just joined to "follow you"- had you on my cool sites list and somehow missed signing up here.

As always, your cats are off to a fantastic start! This one's no exception.

The wagtail photo looks too good to be true. The sparkling water, the bird's almost reddish reflection, the textured rocks.

This is just begging to be turned into a painting, Gayle!

Make it happen!

love this piece and would love to see and know more about the use of coloured pencils on PastelMat.
